JobRouter AG represents an approach that promises enterprises agility and scalability, while at the same time they are offered greater visibility into their processes and the possibility to adapt those processes to changing requirements.
The digital transformation of a company basically means replacing analogue structures. These consist of processes, data and documents, which are thus digitised and automated. Numerous solutions support those changes. However, the more tools and systems one adds, the more agile the company has to be in managing the individual applications - or it has to choose a system that takes these tasks on. As a response to the demand for agile, future-oriented corporate digitisation, the platform idea has proven itself in recent years. Although these can be aligned differently, e.g. as an e-commerce platform, as a workplace platform or as a business platform, they are still based on the same basic idea: The platform is intended to integrate and connect all existing and future applications, tools and systems, as well as to offer own strong functionalities.
Transparency, control and content under one roof

If data is available as information in all processes, documents are not required any longer. For this reason, the JobRouter digitisation platform addresses the digital enterprise transformation through data and processes, thus clearly distinguishing itself from BPM, ECM or DMS solutions. As a personal control center, JobRouter combines all company levels, departments and the system landscape, unifying governance, compliance, content and processes in a customisable dashboard. In case the existing widgets, interfaces and modules aren’t sufficient, process designers have the opportunity to develop their own applications using the integrated REST API and to integrate them completely into the application framework. The scalable offer can be used both on mobile and on desktop devices and is available as a hybrid, on-premise or cloud instance.
For the digital transformation to be realised in the shortest possible time, companies can choose between functional modules that extend the platform and adapt it to very simple or highly complex processes. This leaves freedom of choice and facilitates growth as well as organisational changes. A comprehensive digitisation of all processes, documents and data is very likely when the existing and new technologies communicate with each other. Once the competencies of one system come to an end, the digitisation platform used can take over the intermediate steps and deliver data and documents to the appropriate processes, people or applications: without manual overheads, overloaded processes or self-programmed, hardly maintainable solutions.
