Mannheim, 02 July 2018 - For the 25th time, the TOP 100 competition selects the most innovative SMEs in Germany. The Mannheim-based software manufacturer JobRouter AG is once again one of these innovation leaders. In the independent selection process, the company was particularly convincing due to its customer-focused development process, according to the analysis of the scientific head of TOP 100, Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke.
On June 29, the company was honored by TOP 100 mentor Ranga Yogeshwar along with Franke and compamedia at the 5th German SME Summit. JobRouter AG is a provider of solutions for digital business transformation and manufacturer of a cross-industry, scalable platform for digitizing all business processes, data and documents.
The medium-sized company pulled off its most recent coup with standardized "Solution Templates". With the help of these process templates, customers can directly integrate a growing number of processes digitally and adapt them to their requirements with little effort. The starting point for this development was an intensive study of customer needs - almost 1,000 user profiles were analyzed for this purpose. The results led to actions: for example, a template for automated contract management, a ticketing solution or a process for semi-automated provision of information in accordance with the GDPR was created.
Innovations like these pay off for JobRouter in two ways - after all, not only customers benefit from additional software applications, but also SMEs themselves. "We live our own software," says Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO & CPO. This underlines the claim of the Mannheim-based company to remain in the top group of the industry. The fact that JobRouter is among the TOP 100 this year for the second time in a row shows that this project is a success.
