Unbeatable Content Management Features
The JobRouter® document archive JobArchive is flexible and enables continuous digital work - cross-system, person-related, audit-proof and documented at any time.
Flexible rights & role management
If JobRouter® defines representatives or assigns steps to other users, they also have the appropriate rights for the respective process to view or edit the documents. There is no need to set up a second rights structure.
Logging of all archive accesses and events
For each archive it can be decided whether JobRouter® should log the storing, changing and deleting of documents as well as the reading and downloading. The administrator has access to the event log and can view the logged events for individual archives.
Arbitrary index data & multilingualism
With JobArchive you can create any number of archives and manage any number of index data. These can be text fields, numbers, decimal numbers or date values. Translations can be stored for both archive name and index columns to ease personalized overview.
For an audit-proof storage of documents each archive can be set in such a way that the deletion of documents is not permitted. In this case new revisions of a document can be created and saved, but the documents once stored are no longer able to be change
De-duplication & versioning
Goodbye chaos! The "De-duplication" option can be activated in every JobArchive. It automatically detects all duplicate files and saves them only once in the file system. Versioning of documents as well as automatic version control is also included.

JobRouter® is the all-in-one platform offering strong digitalization via process management, agile content management and integrated data management throughout the whole company.
Benefit from the advantages of an integrated archive
Using integrations, certain functions or external applications can be directly made accessible in a JobRouter® process. For example, they can link the contents of a website or add a document as an attachment to the dialog.
The integration of the archive into the JobRouter® business processes takes place via a system activity as well as via dialog elements and a dialog integration for displaying documents in the viewer. The process thus controls the rights to display documents, which facilitates and automatically regulates access during the course of the process. This means that documents can be used or archived anywhere within any process - and not just within the defined document workflow. Learn more about agile document management with Jobrouter®.
Easy integration of the JobRouter® archive into other applications
In many cases it is necessary to call documents from other programs. For example, a user wants to be able to follow a direct link from the ERP system to the archived document without having to perform a manual search in the archive. JobArchive offers URL integration for this purpose. Individual URLs are created and a single document is linked or a hit list is generated. The user can choose whether the document is to be opened in the viewer or is only available as a download.
Integrate Digital Archive into Windows Explorer
Many users are familiar with file storage in a folder structure. In order to simplify their entry into the JobArchive module as much as possible, JobRouter® offers an archive integration into the Windows Explorer structure.
Integrate Digital Archive into Outlook
As an add-in to the Outlook client, the JobMail Connect module allows the audit-proof archiving of e-mails including attachments in JobRouter® archives. All e-mails sent or received via Outlook can be indexed and archived immediately via a filing dialog.
Web-based document viewer
JobArchive includes two web-based document viewers that can display more than 300 file types in any browser without the need to install the related editing programs on the client.
JobArchive - Integrated access rights to your documents
When accessing documents from a workflow application, JobRouter® users benefit from an integrated rights management in JobRouter® for accessing and viewing all case-related documents. This means that anyone working on a workflow instance with multiple archived documents can access and view these documents at the touch of a button.
Even if JobRouter® steps have been sent to substitutions or assigned to different users, these substitutions and users have the appropriate rights to access these case-related documents. Separate rights management for these documents in a DMS system is no longer necessary, so you no longer have to maintain these rights separately.
