Inspiring projects win : JobRouter® Di­git­al­iz­a­tion Award

We want them, the best and most exciting projects from the JobRouter customer and partner network! That's why we call on them once a year to apply for our coveted JobRouter® Digitalization Award. The four winners in the categories Innovation, User Experience, Technology and Business Value are given the opportunity to present their project on our virtual stage. Attractive prizes are also up for grabs.

Category Innovation

Which innovative solution inspires other users? The Innovation category is looking for new ideas, unusual use cases or process design techniques.

Category Usability

Which solution scores with particularly high user-friendliness? The criteria in the usability category are based on ISO 9241, for example conformity with expectations and user interface design.

Category Technology

In the Technology category, we look at the source code of the process. How technologically sophisticated and good is it? For example, the coding guidelines, whether standard JobRouter® functions were used and the error handling were evaluated.

Category Business Value

In the Business Value category, the focus is on the business value of a process. The decisive factors are that the solution improves a central company process, the implementation time and the added value generated.

As a JobRouter customer or partner, you can apply via the JobRouter® portal. Submit your process using the start step “Application for JobRouter Digitalization Award 2025” under Sales.When can I apply?

When can I apply?

The application period for our Digitalization Award begins on November 15, 2024, and ends on March 10, 2025. During this time, you can submit your process via our JobRouter® portal.

Which application documents do I need to submit?

To help our jury select one winner per category from the many submissions, they would like to learn more about your process. Please submit the following documents and information:

  • Title of the application/process
  • Brief description
  • Benefit for the companyWhere and when will the winners be announced?
  • Additional materials such as process descriptions, screenshots, videos, etc.

Where and when will the winners be announced?

The winners will be honored during JobRouter Connect, the conference for fans and users, on March 27, 2025. As part of the award ceremony, they will present their process in a 10-minute session.

What can I win?

You will have the opportunity to present your process to a large audience at JobRouter Connect on March 27, 2025. As a JobRouter® sales partner, you can look forward to receiving a winner’s certificate; as a JobRouter® customer, you can look forward to receiving a trophy.
