JobRouter® releases : We develop so you can jump to the next level

With the 2026.1 release, our smart processes become even more intelligent. We are gradually expanding our platform with integrated AI agents and exciting new use cases. At the same time, we have improved existing offerings, including modern dialogs, the Remote Client in the cloud, JobRouter® for Outlook, and the REST API.

With our latest release 2025.2, we’re introducing a wide range of enhancements and new features that make everyday work noticeably easier. Process designers benefit from new design options, developers from modern interfaces, and administrators from a more flexible infrastructure. Our highlights this time: extended options in modern forms, the next generation of our REST API, and running JobRouter® in containers!

With the 2025.1 release, many functions for simplified and improved operation of the JobRouter® digitalization platform have gone live. Process designers, administrators, and users alike can look forward to the new features, as there is something for everyone, like the expansion of the intelligent document workflow to include document classifications with Parashift, new features for both modern forms and process design, and adaptations for Microsoft Entra ID and Linux.

With Release 2024.4 (STS), users can now use subtables and the IFrame and Link elements in Modern Forms. To make the contents of the XRechnung easier to read, the translated invoice codes will from now on be printed on the PDF. With JobMail, email can still be sent via Google, as the mandatory OAuth procedure is supported. Digital document folders can be automatically unlocked after a set period of time if the user has not completed the signature process.

Release 2024.3 is all about the users. XRechnung invoices are now easier to read as they can be visualized as PDF files. Process designers can design processes even more intuitively and quickly thanks to additional functions in the modern forms. A lot has also been done visually, as the user interface has been optimized through feedback. With the Google OAuth authentication process and a new service configurator, even administration is fun. Only one thing has remained the same despite the new name: JobRouter E-Invoice (previously JobFeRD).

Release 2024.2 (STS) expands modern forms to all user steps of a process. However, this is not the only functional enhancement that process designers can look forward to. The automated starting of processes from within a process and the versioning of PHP and JavaScript functions are also made even easier by the new features. 

The new features of Release 2024.1 make JobRouter® even more user-friendly. The forms themselves as well as the form designer have been revised and are now available with a new look and feel. The Git integration has been expanded to include a central configuration and overview, which simplifies administration. A new integration for OpenAI makes it possible to supplement JobRouter® workflows with the use of artificial intelligence.
