How does the JobMind learning mechanism work?
We use a central AI model to extract data. Your documents and those of all our other customers go into a pool of training data records that will be used for future model versions. The training data records are recorded automatically using the JobRouter® user interface.
Do I need additional software to use JobMind?
No. JobMind can be licensed with any JobRouter® installation and used without any installation effort.
What kinds of documents does JobMind recognize?
JobMind accurately recognizes invoices, credit notes, construction invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
What are the areas of application for JobMind?
JobMind OCR technology has been used for incoming invoices and can supplement any invoice auditing process with data extraction. By optionally using your master data for document recognition, you can, for example, automatically identify and assign suppliers, and then use this data in the workflow, for example for the interface to the ERP or CRM system.
What is the AI technology underpinning JobMind?
JobMind is an AI-based extension of the JobRouter® digitalization platform for extracting data from your documents. It leverages the technology of our partner Parashift, enabling a deep no-code integration of document recognition into our digitalization platform.
In addition, JobMind seamlessly integrates into existing processes and the JobRouter® workflow. This allows data extraction to be triggered by upstream processes or to initiate downstream processes. By using your master data for invoice data extraction, JobMind can, for example, recognize vendor numbers, enabling partial automation of invoice verification.
