The integration of JobRouter® with accounting systems such as Sage improves efficiency and productivity in invoice processing by connecting business systems with streamlined and efficient workflows and processes.
The interface between Sage and JobRouter® enables users to execute an incoming invoice process in JobRouter® and forward accounting documents to the finance department. When executing the process, the billing information (vendor, amount, document number, etc.) are captured in JobRouter® by the user. For that several selection lists are available that allow, for example, a search on the Sage maintained suppliers.
Additionally, invoices can be allocated and posted to different cost centers and general ledger accounts. After factual verification and approval of the invoice, the collected data is transferred to Sage in the form of accounting records and processed there.
