Digital transformation begins with those who dare to question the status quo and embrace change. When customers, partners, and JobRouter experts join forces, ideas turn into pioneering solutions.

That’s exactly what the JobRouter® Digitalization Award celebrates. Once again, we were impressed by the many outstanding submissions this year. Across four categories, we honored the best digitalization projects — from smart process design to intuitive user experiences and truly innovative technologies. Meet this year’s award winners:

Category: Best Tech

The all-in-one package for HR management

Project overview:
A ready-to-use package with the most essential features for HR management.
From core processes like applicant management to powerful helper functions such as digital signatures — everything is included.

Why it impressed the jury:
Technical expertise meets a deep understanding of sustainable process architecture.
The solution is built on a well-structured, modular foundation with cleanly encapsulated functions and high reusability. Despite complex code, everything remains transparent and easy to maintain — thanks to consistent use of best practices and JobRouter® API methods. Where the API reached its limits, clever helper classes bridged the gap.

The solution is portable and highly configurable — with hundreds of global parameters and a database-independent architecture.It can be flexibly adapted to different customer requirements and operated even in the JobRouter® Cloud.

A workflow solution that automates the entire dunning process for the dealership. For special cases, features such as dunning blocks ensure the necessary flexibility.

Intuitive navigation, thoughtful process design, and a clean interface — KaiTech’s digital dunning workflow demonstrates how process automation can be both pleasant and understandable. The workflow embodies key UX principles: task adequacy, consistency with user expectations, and controllability.

Additional in-process features actively support users in making the right decisions. Its clear structure builds trust and reduces cognitive load — a showcase for user-centered design.

Project overview:
Work preparation, production, and documentation have all been digitized.
Orders can now be planned and processed at any time, while documentation is automatically generated.

Why it impressed the jury:
Greater efficiency in production through smart processes — that’s what won over the jury.
Together with the customer, ROHNEN.systems achieved a paperless production workflow: material management, order data, cutting lists — everything is now captured digitally and processed in real time.

Highlight:
The solution saves more than 600 working hours per year while significantly increasing flexibility on the shop floor. With digital documentation and live evaluations, controlling is also strengthened — a true gain for everyday operations.

Premiumpartner: Alos Solution AGKunde: von Holzen Treuhand AG

Project overview:
Parashift’s AI reads all relevant invoice data. The module developed by Alos Solution AG recognizes vendors based on previous invoices and handles account assignment automatically. A quick review step ensures that even exceptions are processed correctly.

Why it impressed the jury:
Automating invoice entry? Many can do that. Learning to post automatically? That’s new.
This award-winning process uses machine learning to continuously improve its account assignment suggestions — relieving accounting teams and reducing manual errors.

Highlight:
The algorithm by Alos Solution AG continuously learns from user input, getting better with every booking. Invoices aren’t just digitized — they’re processed intelligently. The time saved can be reinvested in more valuable tasks.
