Data Protection

JobRouter AG, the developer and provider of the JobRouter® Mobile App takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy. 

However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via the internet (e.g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is impossible.

Using JobRouter®, processes for data collection can be built by the customer. JobRouter AG is not liable for the processes created by the customer and the data collected with them. If you have any questions about this, please contact your employer. 

JobRouter specific circumstances

When using the JobRouter® Mobile App for the first time, you'll be asked to connect to your JobRouter® installation and login with your JobRouter® credentials. These credentials will be used for authentication on your JobRouter® installation and will not be processed through JobRouter AG. 

Geo-Data

When using the app, processes within the app can request the transmission of geodata. The transmission of this data must be actively enabled on the respective end device of the user. 

Encryption within the app

Your Personal data is encrypted within the JobRouter® Mobile App.
