HR processes and SAP® integration with JobRouter® - Jungheinrich Hungária

Since the founding of Jungheinrich Hungária Kft. in 1992, a subsidiary of world-leading intralogistic solutions provider Jungheinrich Group, the company has grown rapidly. As the Hungarian subsidiary offers the full range of intralogistics services - including material handling equipments, forklifts, racks, AGVs, WMS, ASRS and other services - their continued success depends on fulfilling customer expectations. However, the rapid growth of the company presented real challenges, particularly in management of an expanding workforce. Tackling the challenges of onboarding with JobRouter® gave this logistic solutions provider a clear competitive advantage.

Although a profit increase was not a direct target, it may have indirectly had this effect. The process automation, higher level of control, traceability and reduction in human error were the main targets.
