JobRouter® Academy on a growth path

Over 50 percent more users compared to the corresponding period last year / currently around 470 users from 16 countries / 19 German and 11 English courses with more than 170 learning units / further expansion of interactive learning offers

Mannheim, August 20, 2020 – The JobRouter® Academy, an interactive blended learning platform, celebrates its second anniversary with an increase in the number of users of over 50% compared to the corresponding period last year (January to July). The operator of the Academy is the JobRouter AG, a globally active provider of a cross-sector platform for business process digitization and automation. The training offer supports business partners and users of the JobRouter® digitization platform in improving and enhancing their knowledge in all areas of the platform as well as in process digitization.

The JobRouter® Academy currently has around 470 users from 16 different countries. The significant increase in the number of users is primarily due to the outbreak of the corona pandemic. “Based on this situation, many people opted for the JobRouter® Academy instead of travelling to trainings. This enables them to work more independently, and in these times of working from home it only requires an internet access to access the offer anytime and from everywhere,” Silke Etter, director and founder of the JobRouter® Academy explains. In addition to 19 German courses the Academy offers 11 courses for the English speaking market. Each course consists of different modules, more than 170 of them are available online. “With the Academy we want to concurrently address various learning types. That is why we do not only offer videos and webinars but combine them with different text elements, audios, and GIFs. By doing so, we try to make knowledge transfer as attractive as possible.”

The online learning platform was established in July 2018 to enable further training anytime and from everywhere. Designed according to the blended learning concept users have now the possibility to acquire knowledge online themselves. To complement this, there are on-site sessions, where questions can be asked, and possibilities for mutual exchange. The further expansion of interactive learning offers is planned, especially to meet the high demand for broader technical and English contents.
