JobRouter and DATEV work together in the area of financial accounting

Mannheim, September 13, 2021 –  JobRouter AG, globally active manufacturer of an industry-independent low-code digitization platform, and the software house DATEV eG have entered into a long-term partnership. Thanks to an integrated interface, digital processing of accounting data and documents between the two systems without media discontinuity will be possible from now on.

With the help of the combined expertise of DATEV eG and JobRouter AG, financial accounting processes can now be made more efficient and error-free. This creates added value for everyone and a future-oriented digitization of companies. JobRouter users can choose between the required module as an on-premises or cloud solution. "We are pleased about the cooperation and the expanded range of services for our customers. Financial managers are able to transmit accounting data directly to their tax consultants, which saves time and process costs. The tax consultancy thus has all the relevant data immediately at hand and can also process time-critical transactions quickly," says Stefan Weimann, product manager at JobRouter, summarising the advantages of the partnership. The posting of an incoming invoice can be mapped completely digitally: JobRouter handles processing, including data extraction and verification, as well as factual verification and approval. The resulting data for accounting is transferred by the platform into the DATEV format and sent to the DATEV data center together with the document images. Finally, the tax consultancy can access the data in the DATEV system and process it further. Via an audit, the accounting department can also call up the processing status of all invoices in circulation at any time.

Processing incoming invoices is just the beginning. In the future, it will also be possible to transfer outgoing invoices, cash vouchers, master data and wage data.
