JobRouter and Parashift develop offering for SMEs

JobRouter and the Swiss company Parashift announced their partnership today. The aim of the cooperation is to offer medium-sized companies a comprehensive portfolio for process automation and intelligent document processing (IDP).

Mannheim, 27.06.2024 - JobRouter and the Swiss company Parashift announced their partnership today. The aim of the cooperation is to offer medium-sized companies a comprehensive portfolio for process automation and intelligent document processing (IDP). Parashift develops turnkey solutions for AI-based data extraction from defined document models such as invoices, receipts, and delivery bills. Users can also have individual formats extracted or supplement existing models. JobRouter is thus further expanding its range of functions for document workflows: The offering is seamlessly integrated into the JobRouter® low-code platform for comprehensive business process automation and can be obtained from the Cloud by over 4000 customers.

Cloud-based intelligent data extraction for end-to-end process automation

In many cases, end-to-end process automation fails due to the document workflow.  Whether for classic incoming invoices, delivery bills, receipts, or contracts: Data is not read correctly, fields have to be edited manually, or training the software is very time-consuming. As a solution, JobRouter and Parashift are now combining their functionalities for comprehensive process automation and native Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).

OCR combined with AI technologies as the basis

Parashift's cloud solution is based on machine learning technology that extracts information from any document class and checks it in accordance with strict EU compliance and data protection guidelines. This enables the system to learn from a large, constantly growing pool of information and models and is able to read over 400 predefined document classes as well as individually created documents. Thanks to the integration into the JobRouter® platform, this data can be processed quickly and reliably in corresponding processes or forms.

"In order to achieve comprehensive automation of business processes, data extraction from documents is already an important part of JobRouter® functionality," says Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO of JobRouter AG.  He continues: "By working with Parashift and using AI technology, we can now solve this requirement much better. The combined cloud offering increases the accuracy of results, streamlines internal processes, and further reduces the workload for employees."

Seamless integration of both offerings

The Parashift solution for intelligent document processing is cloud-native from the outset and is based on a subscription model. This means it can be easily and transparently combined with the JobRouter® digitalization platform pricing model, which is also available as a rental license. This gives companies the advantage of using advanced technologies with a lower, calculable investment and technological outlay:

"Our approach has always been to remain radically innovative. This means adapting new technologies as quickly as possible where it makes sense and continuously improving the software," says Stefan Wagner, Head of Partner Management at Parashift, describing the company's vision. "Our goal is an out-of-the-box solution that no longer requires any configurations. By integrating JobRouter®, we hope to be able to offer companies a comprehensive solution for digitalizing their document workflows, for example when automating invoice receipt."
