JobRouter® digitalisation platform supports SMEs with ISO 27001 certification
Efficient implementation of information security management system
Mannheim, 5 May 2022 - JobRouter AG, process and digitalisation specialist from Mannheim, facilitates the implementation of security standards as part of ISO 27001 certification with the JobRouter® digitalisation platform. In JobRouter®, companies can store all the necessary processes of an information security management system (ISMS) and thus the requirements for an ISO 27001 audit. This is possible because JobRouter® combines process automation with low-code, data and document management on a single platform. "Corporations and large clients are increasingly demanding ISO 27001 certification from their suppliers and partners for quality assurance purposes. For many, this is a major challenge because the security standards are comprehensive and costly to implement. The additional effort for documentation, approval and verification is extremely high," says Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO of JobRouter AG.
On the JobRouter® digitalisation platform, in addition to documents and procedural instructions relating to the ISMS, processes for risk analyses, the maintenance and documentation of user rights as well as the release and acknowledgement of documents can be mapped digitally and in a compliance-compliant manner. Documents can be centrally managed, distributed and signed using electronic signatures.
Increase quality assurance, minimise IT risks
In April, JobRouter AG received ISO 27001 certification for the areas of software development, internal IT services as well as for the development, provision and operation of a cloud environment. In the process, the ISMS was implemented completely digitally in the JobRouter® platform. "For us, information security and quality assurance are integral parts of our business policy. In order to further advance quality assurance, JobRouter AG has also acquired the seals "Software Made in Germany" and "Software Hosted in Germany" from the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand e.V. (BITM). (BITM) and is a member of the Alliance for Cyber Security of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
