Privacy Policy for JobRouter Office Add-Ins

JobRouter AG, the developer and provider of the JobRouter Office add-in takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations and this Privacy Policy.

However, we would like to point out that data transmissions via the internet (e.g. e-mail communication) cannot be entirely secure and may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of personal details against unauthorized access by third parties is impossible.

When installing our Office Add-in we collect personal data provided by Microsoft AppSource (Microsoft Office Store). Although these data may contain your name and e-mail address, we will not pass them to third parties without your explicit permission.

When using the Add-in for the first time, you'll be asked to connect to your JobRouter installation and login with your JobRouter credentials. These credentials will be used for authentication on your JobRouter installation and not be processed through JobRouter AG.

We track the usage of the add-in anonymously to provide data to our development. Which features are used more often, which errors occur, etc. Actually, you cannot turn off this reporting but we are working on a solution for the future.

For security reasons and to protect data transmissions, we do protect all connections with TLS. With active TLS encryption the data you transmit cannot be accessed by third parties.

You have the right to be informed about your personal data, their origin and addressee and the purpose of data processing as well as the right of correction, blocking or deletion of those data at any time and free of charge.
