Zweydinger expands business as Head of Strategic Alliances, Janson strengthens JobRouter management as Head of Professional Services Intensification of Partner-First strategy / New customer business by means of strategic partnership with leading management and digitization consultancies, such as PwC Deutschland / Experienced digitization expert extends JobRouter management

Mannheim, March 03, 2021 – JobRouter AG, manufacturer of the JobRouter® low-code digitization platform, extends its business model in the first quarter of 2021 by the intensification of the expansion of the Strategic Alliances business unit. Through the cooperation with leading management and digitization consultancies, such as PwC Deutschland, clients from the enterprises segment shall be won as clients. Since March 01, 2021, Dirk Zweydinger is the new Head of Strategic Alliances. As a specialist for the planning, implementation, and optimization of digitization strategies in small and large teams, he contributes his many years of experience to this new branch of the company. His previous position as Head of Professional Services will be filled by Ingo Janson. Both directly report to Marcus Nagel, Co-CEO of JobRouter AG.

Ever since the foundation of JobRouter AG, the company has relied on the advantages of indirect distribution. The JobRouter® digitization platform is only sold and managed via an international partner network, which currently counts more than 190 partners. Based on the Partner-First approach, a wide customer basis can be addressed that contains smaller medium-sized companies as well as premium upper mid-size companies with a large workforce. This is the core of our customer business.

New business division strengthens Partner-First strategy

With its realignment in 2021 JobRouter AG, the focus on the partner business has significantly intensified. Through the cooperation with strong and well-known partners from the management and digitization consultancy segment, clients and new markets from the enterprise segment shall be won for the JobRouter® digitization platform. Strategic Alliances stand for the consequent further development of our Partner-First strategy and combine the know-how of our consultancy experts with the practical solutions of the JobRouter® platform for process automation. On March 1, 2021 Dirk Zweydinger took over the lead of this new business unit, which he is about to extend strategically. The aim is to form new partnerships, strengthen existing ones, and establish the JobRouter® platform in the enterprise segment.

"The establishment and extension of alliance partnerships, together with the further exploration of our partner channel, which works exceptionally well since its implementation in 2003, is one of the elementary pillars of our business development strategy. This strategy as well as the previous joint success with our business partners and first alliance partners is the basis of 18 years of success of our product and company. That is why we wanted an experienced colleague, who knows the technology as well as our partners, to take over this task. I am very happy that our colleague Dirk Zweydinger is expanding this section, as he was not only enthusiastic about it from the beginning, but is also a longtime companion of JobRouter and contributes to our idea with his profound knowledge from numerous projects," confirms Marcus Nagel, Co-CEO of JobRouter AG, the internal change.

"I have been working in the IT consultancy segment for more than 29 years now, independently as well as in various functions on the corporate and partner side. I have been working with the JobRouter® platform in the consulting environment for about 16 years and therefore know the possibilities of the software very well,” confirms Dirk Zweydinger, Head of Strategic Alliances. “ I have managed the Professional Services segment of JobRouter AG in the past 2 years, so I know everything about the requirements of our clients and partners as well as the challenges and possibilities of the practical implementation into projects. I continue to be fascinated by how easy process implementations with the JobRouter® platform can be, even if it the appear is very complex and complicated in the beginning. Our consultants thus have an indirect influence on the business success of our clients. This is because they are usually unaware of the technical possibilities, would have taken detours, and might even have lost growth potential. If we can identify these gaps and can optimally close them with the help of the appropriate consulting and our software, then I am satisfied with my work. In my new role, that's exactly what I hope to do: combine my knowledge with the expertise of our Alliance Partners in such a way that potential users get the best digitization strategy possible."

Extension of the Management team with Ingo Janson

The internal change also results in another change. Ingo Janson took over the position of Head of Professional Services as of March 01, 2021: "In the past, I have already led both small and very large teams and developed solutions for enterprise digitization. JobRouter's practised Partner-First strategy in particular prompted me to realize my next career step here. I was specifically looking for a partnership-based company," explains Ingo Janson, Head of Professional Services at JobRouter AG. "I am looking forward to working with a successful partner channel and experienced JobRouter colleagues, as well as on the diverse client projects. As Head of Professional Services, an exceptionally qualified team and I will develop solutions for comprehensive process digitization. That’s how we support our sales partners and users in their day-to-day business so that their business will still work tomorrow – regardless of what happens.”

Partners even better positioned in the future

For this purpose, the exchange between the Partner Management, Professional Services and Strategic Alliances departments is to be further intensified. The reorganization thus ensures a qualitative further development of the previous model of providing all partners with sustainable support for their projects through the Professional Services department: "This extension shall support all parties: partners, users, and JobRouter. We are also very excited about Dirk Zweydinger, who accepted this challenge and about convincing Ingo Janson of joining our team, who has more than 20 years of experiences in the field of company digitization. Now our aim is the development of the necessary traction with our team to digitally set up our customers and partners in the best possible way,” adds Marcus Nagel, Co-CEO of JobRouter AG.

JobRouter AG sets high standards for its Partner-First strategy. Partners should be provided with the best tools for their daily business. Accordingly, every internal and external development is examined. The Strategic Alliances will also provide support and improvement for existing partners and complement the existing offers. JobRouter partners and clients can be excited and look forward to further developments in the area of digitization strategy and project implementation.
