JobRouter AG on course for uninterrupted growth: Digitization platform penetrates further market segments

New customer acquisition, revenue growth and channel expansion continue to drive successful course. 31 percent revenue growth / 30 percent increase in channel sales / Expansion into the US market / Introduction of the blended learning platform JobRouter® Academy

JobRouter AG, a globally active manufacturer of a cross-industry low-code digitization platform based in Mannheim, was able to confirm the very positive growth trend of the previous year in 2018 as well. Once again, the company reports an increase in sales of around 31 percent, combined with an expansion of the customer and partner channel both in the DACH market and internationally, and investments at home and abroad. On the one hand, the blended learning platform JobRouter® Academy created a learning offering for JobRouter® users, while on the other hand the company's presence was expanded with a location in Detroit, USA. In addition, JobRouter was successful in leading analyst evaluations and significantly optimized the platform functionality in the area of content management by adding a mobile JobRouter® app as well as an intelligent cache, the DocumentHub.

The figures speak for themselves: For several years in a row, JobRouter AG has recorded a positive development in all areas of the company. In 2018, the workforce was greatly expanded, as were the customer base (30 percent) and partner channel.

We feel very clearly that the topic of business process digitization and automation has arrived in all company sizes. Demand is immense, especially in the banking and finance environment, but medium-sized companies from industry and commerce are also increasingly relying on digital platforms," says Marcus Nagel, Co-CEO and CCO JobRouter AG. "In addition to optimizing day-to-day business in our established target markets, last year was also about taking the leap across the pond. With the acquisition of our sales partner BPS24 from Detroit, we now have experienced employees in the USA who will expand the cloud business. We were extremely satisfied with the results in 2018 and will increase them again in the new year.

More document management in process automation

More document management in process automation

The JobRouter® digitization platform combines workflow management with document and data management functions in an individually configurable platform. Last year, this combination proved to be the ideal basis for strategic cooperation and end-to-end digital work:

The expansion of the JobRouter® platform in 2018 focused on new document management functions and mobile access. We have developed the JobRouter® ScanApp for IOS and Android, which can be used to scan, process and save any documents and records. Using the new DocumentHub cache, these are synchronized with the desktop version and used in the corresponding process," explains Axel Ensinger, Co-CEO and CPO at JobRouter AG. "This creates more conformity in digital work across different end devices. The intensive cooperation with leading analyst firms has also helped us to expand our visibility in the low-code, digital process automation and content services platform segments. We see great potential in these calculations and will align our offering accordingly.

More Cloud, More Content, More Automation

More Cloud, More Content, More Automation

In 2016, the JobRouter® cloud offering was already expanded in Germany and made available with data centers from Germany. This offering for the US market is to be adapted and intensively strengthened in 2019. In addition, there will be strategic cooperation and integration in the area of content services and automation, for example for digital collaboration, digital signatures or robotic process automation, as well as the expansion of alliances with strategic implementation partners in response to the increasing demand for JobRouter® specialists.
